“And today’s homework assignment will be to catch bonefish.”

The legendary Captain Bruce Chard – elite Florida Keys guide, expert angler, enthusiastic teacher and really nice guy – will be back at Andros South again this year, hosting his extremely popular Bonefishing Schools.

These schools take place over a week-long stay at Andros South, and combine a full day of instruction with 5 days of fully guided fishing, with a few evening instructional sessions thrown in to boot. Attendees range from anglers on the flats for their very first time, to experienced, well-traveled guests looking to hone their skills with the best of the best.

Casting class is in session.

Topics covered during the school include

  • Tackle and rigging
  • Casting
  • Fly presentation
  • Bonefish habitat
  • And more…

Bruce will be teaching his bonefishing schools from November 14 – 21, 2009 and from January 9 – 16, 2010. Two spots are available in each of the weeks – drop us a line if you’d like to learn more.
