At Alaska West we’re really lucky to have Cameron Miller as a full-time staff photographer.
Guests at Alaska West get to see some pretty neat slideshows during the course of their week fishing with us, and when they head downriver at the end of their trip, they get a DVD packed with photos from the week.
Cameron pumps out quality photos week after week, including some pretty awesome stuff like this shot of chums milling around underwater.
There’s something to be said for access to great subject matter!

Great questions – I'll ask Cameron. It was definitely a bright day. The clarity has been pretty incredible lately, which allows those underwater shots to work. Cameron generally does very little post-processing, but I'll check with him!
