It may not be cover-shot worthy, but we think this picture says an awful lot.
- Dean River.
- Two-handed rod.
- Blue-grey fish, literally the color of steel.
- Translucent fins.
- Sea lice.
- Not the smallest fish you’ve ever seen.
- Hard breathing (OK, you can’t see it in the picture, but that’s yours truly reaching into the net, and believe me, I was breathing hard).
